Liz is the one you want as your Pilates teacher. She comes from years of experience teaching in New York City and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to modifying workouts to my unique needs. I feel 100% confident I can share where I'm at on any given day and that it will be met with both expertise and empathy. She knows how to give a great workout, push you how you need it most, and also calm things down as warranted. As a professional dancer, Pilates helps me work out my asymmetries and strengthen all the missing links. Liz also offers Melt classes - I haven't had a chance to do a full session but it's definitely on my bucket list!

Radiant Pilates is the real thing! Liz has such a detailed understanding of muscles and fascia, and such skill with the techniques she teaches, sessions with her feel like some kind of wizardry. I came to Liz with chronic pain, and I rarely struggle with that anymore! I’m gradually retraining my body —and experiencing changes in my mind as well. For me, it’s a night-and-day difference between these sessions and the group classes I’d tried previously. She meets me where I am, and is creative about meeting our goals. Every session is an education. I learn a little more about how to strengthen efficiently while releasing stuck stress, to find more ease and pain-free functioning. It can be finely detailed work, and her keen eye, warm-hearted attention and sense of humor make our work together a pleasure.
